That’s a tough question to answer, just because it depends on the type of spyware that’s on the computer… where it’s located, how it was installed on the computer, and what it’s done to the computer so far all come into play when removing viruses or spyware.
Spyware removal is as much an art as it is a science.
Some of the more stubborn spyware programs can not only change their file names to avoid detection, but can also keep some spyware detection programs from running. Some machines will clean up pretty easy, but many spyware programs won’t go down without a fight.
Lucky for you, we are experience warriors.
Not only do we have access to the lastest spyware removal tools, but we’ve also been known to remove spyware by hand if all else fails.
Then, begins the process of REPAIRING what the spyware or virus damaged while it was on the computer… THAT could take longer than removing the spyware program to begin with. But, not to worry… we are experts at that too!
