Once you have a computer support representative on the line, you’ll need to download and install a special application called Crossloop. Crossloop will allow you to share your computer (temporarily) with a representative… both quickly and securely.

You can download the application from our website by clicking on this link.

Or, if that doesn’t work, you can download the application from Crossloop by clicking on this link.

If you need some help installing the program… below are some screen shots that will guide you through the process of installing Crossloop and connecting to an Aspen Computer Services computer repair technician.

After you have downloaded the application from ONE of the above links, double-click on the icon on the little green icon called "CrossloopSetup.exe"

Step1

Step 3: Make sure English is selected and click OK.

Click NEXT

Step 5: Select the license agreement, and then click NEXT

Step 7: Click INSTALL

Step 8: Make sure the "Launch CrossLoop" option is checked, and then click FINISH

Step 9: NOTE... YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CREATE A CROSSLOOP ACCOUNT RIGHT NOW!!!!! Please just accept the license agreement and then click SKIP!

Step 10: Click on the SHARE tab... then, fill in your name... then, click CONNECT!

YOU'RE DONE! Just wait for one of our friendly computer repair technician to connect.
