One of our favorite services we offer is our server backup/virtualization service.  Basically, it allows us to backup the server in very tiny increments (about every 15 minutes).  If anything ever goes wrong, we can move the backup over to a virtual machine and have you back up and running in about 30 minutes.

In other words, you experience very little downtime at all… even if your server is completely unrepairable.
